Sophie and Adam's story began way back in 4th grade at the Atlanta Speech School! They continued their journey as school peers at Woodward Academy through middle school, before parting separate ways for high school with Sophie staying at Woodward and Adam attending The Weber School. While they did not keep in touch during their high school years, they quickly reconnected at an Atlanta Speech School reunion the summer after graduating high school in 2018. When Adam found out Sophie would also be attending UGA in the fall, he hoped he would get to see her again.

Flash forward to August only a couple weeks into starting UGA, Adam spotted Sophie at the first Hillel dinner of the school year. While Adam was in the line for food with his fraternity pledge brothers, he saw Sophie and stepped out of line to give her a hug and say hi. He then followed by letting her know if she ever needed anyone to take to a sorority event, he would love an excuse to get out of his pledge-ship duties ;)

However, it was Adam that asked Sophie on their infamous AEPi Mountain Weekend where Sophie accompanied him on a weekend trip with his fraternity to a camp in North Carolina. Sophie and Adam instantly connected and had great chemistry. From that weekend on, Sophie and Adam continuously asked each other on fraternity and sorority functions until the two decided to make their relationship official in the spring of Freshman year. They have been inseparable ever since!

After years of completing grad school at UGA and Emory, Sophie and Adam live happily in their apartment in Morningside/Virginia Highlands. After over 5 years of dating, Adam asked Sophie to marry him at Chastain Park, one of their favorite meeting places. They are SO excited to share their love and commitment to each other with all of you and celebrate their Wedding Weekend!
